The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction produces an annual School Report Cards for each school in the state.  The Report Cards are one of the state’s most comprehensive resources for information about student achievement, class size, school safety, school technology, and teacher quality at the school, district and state levels.  The report cards also provide a very effective way for the public to compare schools across the state.
